The Electrolux Intensity upright- excellent design, suction, and storage. I love the fact that it is so simple in design without all of the hoses and attachments. All I ever did with the hoses and attachments on my old Hoover was trip over them, Struggle with them, and curse at them when they fell all over the place. As for the small bag, larger bags just reduce suction. Also, the dirt inside larger bags just collects, then the dirt begins to stink and whenever you turn on the vac it smells. Small bag is the way to go. Excellent product, you wont be disappointed.

Since purchasing the Electrolux Intensity vacuum cleaner I have vacuumed more often than with any vacuum cleaner I have owned. It is so easy to take out, carry around and operate. I like the controls high on the handle to change from bare floor to carpet cleaning in an instant. It does a good job of cleaning the floors. Not the cheap plastic you’d expect. This is a solid vacuum despite it’s size.

Nice vac with incredible power! It’s gets every bit of hair out of all the different types of carpet and area rugs we have, and with 2 dogs and 3 cats, that’s a tough job. The only draw backs are the small dust bag and it is the heaviest vac I’ve ever owned. So I’m still stuck using two vacs to clean my house, the “monster” Intensity for carpets, and the Harmony for hardwood and tile. I would not recommend this item for the elderly or anyone with back problems because of the strength needed to use it…for everyone else, it’s a workout!

Makes vacumning much easier and quicker than the old one I had, which was not an Electrolux. I am pleased to have this one and look forward to enjoying it for a long time. I also appreciate the fact that Amazon.com offers such great buys. I always check with them when I start looking for an item and usually have very good success in finding what I need.

After owning umpteen vacuums over the years I had come to accept that they were all ear-piercingly noisy. Every cat I’ve ever had ran to the other end of the house in abject fear when they saw me getting the vacuum out to use. Incredibly the cats stayed in the same room when I turned on the Harmony AND remained there, even on the maximum suction setting. Even my skeptical wife is impressed with the quietness! The Harmony has many other nice design features too and I have high hopes for the unit in the long haul. Note: this is the “B” model and the hepa filter is NOT washable. I love my new Electrolux. I have not had ANY problems with it. We have hw floors and a large rug in the living room, bedrm is carpet. The vacuum works great. Mind you, the “turbo” brush is not much of a turbo, most times I just use the regular floor piece, on the carpet setting. It works great, the bags, although small, are long lasting,I have not had to change mine yet. I’ve had this for about one month and use it about 3 times a week. We have 2 dogs and 3 cats. And a 2 year old daughter. My dogs shed a lot right now and we also have a lot of foot traffice so to speak. I have no complaints at all about this machine and can only recommend it. The price was all right as well in my opinion. It shipped within a couple of days and was easy to “put together” and I used it right away. It is very clean and light and easy to use. the attachments are good too, we have carpet on the stairs and I have no problems with this one.

We have mostly hardwood floors, but some reasonable carpet upstairs – the best thing about this vacuum is how quiet it is – I used to have to do the vacuuming when our 2 year old was out of the house but now she doesn’t care about the noise. She even wants to “help”. For power its perfect… cleans well, is small, light and very maneuverable.. I would highly recommend this one… we have had windtunnels, other uprights, and other canisters that didn’t perform well.. this one (so far) is perfect.

Just got this a few days ago after taking two months to decide to order it because of some negative reviews. I love it! It’s powerful, lightweight, gets in corners and under furniture, picks up pet hair and it’s SO QUIET! You can talk on the phone while you vacuum if you like. Actually makes vacuuming a pleasure because you don’t have to put up with that loud, high-pitched jet engine sound all the time. Also, it definitely has a HEPA filter already installed in the vac. Might not be the best vac for thick carpeting — I don’t have any – but all in all, a great buy.
